Success at TOP 100: E. & U. Hetzel is one of the innovation leaders 2018

On Friday, June 29, 2018, we received the coveted award "Top Innovator 2018" - the award for Germany's most innovative medium-sized companies.

The award ceremony in Ludwigsburg, was crowned by the laudatory speech of Minister President Winfried Kretschmann, former Federal President Christian Wulf and TV presenter Ranga Yogeshwar. All three gave enthusiastic speeches in support of German SMEs.

We are very proud and impressed about this recognition.

We are extremely pleased that our company is one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany in 2018. Now our company officially bears the seal of approval of a top innovator. In the independent selection process, our company was particularly convincing in the category "Innovation Success".

For us and our 35-strong Hetzel team, this success at "Top 100" is something very special!

Our business model, which is based on a recycling concept, convinced the jury. Up to 85 percent of all spare parts can be reused without any loss of quality after thorough cleaning, testing and reworking. This enables us to recycle around 200 tons of metals and oils every year. So everyone benefits - employees, customers and the environment."
For 25 years, the TOP 100 seal has been awarded to medium-sized companies for special innovative strength and above-average innovation successes.
Who is ultimately awarded the "Top 100" seal is decided solely by the scientific management and the TOP 100 jury.

Using a specially developed methodology, the scientific director, Prof. Dr. Franke, and his team put the applicants through their paces. Reinforcements this year for the TOP 100 jury are: Frank Thelen, Ulrich Dietz, Thomas Sattelberger and Gregor Gysi.
