2. General information on the processing of personal data

As a matter of principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our contents and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception is made in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the user (also referred to as "data subject") for processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data which is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Article 6 (1) (f) FADP serves as the legal basis for the processing.

The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU ordinances, laws or other regulations to which the data controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us to answer your question. We delete the data arising in this connection after the storage is no longer necessary, i.e. the purpose of the storage has ceased to apply, or restrict the processing if there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

If we wish to use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for commercial purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We will also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

3. Your rights as data subject

You have the following rights in relation to the personal data concerning you:

- Right to information

- Right of rectification and/or completion or deletion

- Right to limit processing

- Right of cancellation

- Right to information

- Right to data transferability

- Right to object to the processing

- Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law

- Automated decision in individual cases including profiling

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding the collection, processing and use of your personal data by us, please also contact us using the contact details given above.

4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you are not registered or send us information in any other way, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR):

- IP address

- Date and time of the request

- Content of the request (concrete page)

- Access status / HTTP status code

- Amount of data transferred in each case

- Web page from which the request comes (browser type)

- Operating system of the user

- Language and version of the browser software

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their collection. In the case of the collection of data for the purpose of providing the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

In the case of storage of the data in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an allocation of the calling client is no longer possible.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is therefore no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

5. Use and application of cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to the browser you are using on your hard drive, stored and through which certain information is passed to the site that sets the cookie. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Our websites use temporary and permanent cookies. Temporary cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular the so-called session cookies. 6. Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

If you have given your consent (Art.6 para.1 lit. a GDPR) to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of processing your personal data after you have given it to us.

Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the weighing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is in particular not necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is described by us in each case in the following description of the functions (e.g. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). In the event of such an objection, we request that you explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the facts of the case and will either stop or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing.

Please send your revocation or objection to: datenschutz(at)fzth.de.

If the e-mail contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. In the case of contacting us by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
