Information to COVID-19 / Coronavirus

Dear customers and partners,

we all face a unique challenge and above all, each and every one of us has a huge responsibility in the fight against the novel coronavirus and the COVID 19 pandemic.

 

The safety and health of our families, friends and fellow human beings is the priority here, and as a company, your well-being is as important to us as that of our employees and the society we live in.

We follow the current decisions and recommendations of the authorities every day and take them very seriously. We also communicate these to our employees and have already taken various preventive measures within the company.

At present, we are available for you at the usual times and we do everything in our power to ensure that this continues for as long as possible.

We ask you to understand that we have taken the following measures in our procedures to flatten the infection curve with your help:

  • ► Since the transmission can occur more through contact with the hands, we do not shake hands in greeting and limit ourselves to a friendly smile.
  • ► Since we cannot guarantee the safety distance of 1.5m during test drives, our employee has to carry them out alone for safety reasons.
  • ► Spare parts can be ordered by e-mail or by phone, but we do not ask you to drop by and place your order at our office.
  • ► If you have an appointment for transmission oil flushing, there is the possibility to bring your car to us in an evening one day before your appointment. After completion you can pick up your car again in the evening without any problems. You are welcome to contact us!
  • ► When you pick up your car, please contact our staff briefly and we will be happy to prepare everything for you so that there are no unnecessary waiting times.
  • ► All trainings, seminars and business trips are cancelled until further notice.

 
You are of course still welcome and we ask you not to understand these measures against you personally.
