Successful training week: basic training for automatic transmissions

Last week, from May 19 to 23, an intensive and practice-oriented training course on automatic transmissions took place at our company - both for external training participants and for our internal employees. The five-day basic seminar provided an ideal platform for getting started in the world of automatic transmissions - with practical insights, initial technical basics and plenty of room for questions and discussions

Our training program focused on fundamental topics relating to automatic transmissions and was aimed specifically at career starters and specialists who want to systematically build up their knowledge from the ground up. The participants benefited from the many years of experience of our experts, who conveyed complex content in an understandable and practical way.

Our internal employees also benefit from the training courses. Of course, the focus is on transferring knowledge to external participants - but we also take the opportunity to train our own team. After all, qualified and committed staff are an important building block for long-term success. In this way, we kill two birds with one stone: we pass on knowledge and develop it internally.
